How to Return an Item
- Log in to your account on versatilitymens.com and follow the returns process.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including tags and labels.
- Attach the prepaid return label provided during the online process.
- Drop off the package at your nearest courier service.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order on versatilitymens.com.
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For orders shipped outside of your region, return shipping costs and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed in the original currency and may vary due to exchange rates.
